GRP Packaged pump station 1800mm Dia. Design:

The SPSE 1800mm Dia. GRP Packaged Pump Station is available in two models are available and these incorporate all pipework connections, rails, chains, floats as well as pumps and control equipment. A simple pump auto-coupling device enables quick and easy removal of the pump for servicing or cleaning.

Various types of pumps in single or dual pump options can be supplied to best suit the application:

Single Pump upto 100mm
Variable sump depths (recommend a further meter below invert pipe), inlet and discharge connection are freely selectable with a single free standing or pedestal mounted submersible pump.

Dual Pump upto 100mm
Variable sump depths (recommend a further meter below invert pipe), inlet and discharge connections are freely selectable with two free standing or pedestal mounted submersible pumps.

  • High-level alarm as standard (optional as marked *)
  • Various invert depths
  • 110mm or 160mm OSMA inlet connection
  • Stainless steel chain including fixing hook
  • Single chamber with Check valve, gate valve, fully packaged unit completely assembled
  • Wide range of pump options including macerators
  • Pumping distances up to 1000meters
  • Pedestrian or optional vehicle manhole cover
  • Standby pump (on Dual System)

With the ever increasing cost of civil work and site labour, the proposal of having a GRP packaged pump station delivered to site as a complete package is an attractive alternative to the conventional method of a concrete well and separate pump system.

Servicing

We strongly recommend that you take advantage of our Service Agreement Scheme, to give the pumping station prolonged trouble free operation.

The scheme provides for regular service visits through out the year and includes for labour and travel. Any additional parts and materials are charged at the quoted price, Any parts replaced during the first 12 months, as a result of normal wear and tear, are covered under our standard warranty replacement.
