ABS Pumps - prefabricated pumping station product range
Whether you need to pump wastewater from a single building or you have a multi-site location, you can be certain that ABS has a product to meet your pumping requirement.
ABS has a range of prefabricated lifting and pumping stations which are supplied complete with tank, pump and control unit to provide an economical and easy to install solution for wastewater and sewage pumping in certain domestic and commercial applications.
- ABS NIROLIFT lifting station
Complete unit with floor-drain for under-floor installation and non-gravity feed drain-off applications in general. Odour-sealing systems and damp-course adapter units are available. The tank is made from a robust corrosion-resistant synthetic material.
NIROLIFT will be supplied as standard without pump, and with pipework. The required pump must be ordered seperately and fitted. ROBUSTA 200 and MF 054-334 are suitable for use with the NIROLIFT.
- ABS SANISETT lifting station
Provides automatic wastewater removal from rooms and areas below the backwash level where discharge by gravity mains is not easily established. Collection sump of robust, corrosion-resistant synthetic material. Simple pipe connection using push-on pipe connectors. This is a larger unit than the NIROLIFT and the unique design is suitable for one or two ROBUSTA, CORONADA, MF or PIRANHA 08/09 type pumps.
- ABS PIRANHAMAT 100/120 lifting station
Compact faecal pumping unit for direct connection of 1 WC and also suitable for connection of 1 wash-hand basin, 1 shower and 1 bidet.
The unit is supplied ready for plugging in and comprises a gas and odour tight synthetic tank fitted with a powerful PIRANHA grinder pump which is controlled automatically by the integral level control system. As the waste is cut up thoroughly it is possible to pump it away through pipes of 25 mm (1") size.
- ABS PIRANHAMAT 701 lifting station
Flood-proof lifting stations for automatic sewage pumping from areas below the backwash level in accordance with DIN/EN. The PIRANHAMAT 701 - 1002 is used for reliable and economical discharge of wastewater under pressure using small diameter pipelines. PIRANHAMAT is fitted with ABS submersible grinder pumps of the PIRANHA range for problem-free pumping of wastewater containing faecal matter under pressure in pipelines from DN 32 (1 1/4").
- ABS SANIMAX lifting station
A compact wastewater lifting station for wash-basin connection. The vent system is designed to prevent odours and no vent pipe is necessary. Sanimax has an air filter insert with flood-proof characteristics, hose connection for washing machines, low-level emptying and pre-assembled cable inlet.
The wastewater pump is a standard ROBUSTA or MF pump, which is prefitted into the tank.

Flood-proof lifting station for the automatic removal of sewage from areas below the back-wash level in accordance with DIN 1986. Ideal for effective sewage removal from apartments, large buildings and for both new and renovated structures. Robust synthetic (PE) collection tank of compact design. Easy to transport. Simple discharge line connection by means of the patented quick coupling system. A variety of inlet port sizes DN 50/100/150, in various locations to suit all applications, is standard with all units.

Simple discharge line connection by means of the patented quick coupling system. A variety of inlet port sizes DN 40/70/100/150, in various locations to suit all applications, is standard with all units.

Flood-proof lifting station for the automatic removal of sewage from areas below the back-wash level in accordance with DIN 1986. Ideal for effective sewage removal from multi-family housing units, large buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc., and for both new and renovated structures. Robust and corrosion resistant synthetic (PE) collection tank with compact design. Easy to transport with small dimensions, passes through a standard door opening. A range of inflow ports at different heights and stepped in different diameters, designed for DIN push-on sleeve connection system. Simple discharge pipe connection by means of a patented quick-coupling system.
- ABS SYNCONTA 700/700L lifting station
The ABS lifting station Synconta 700 and 700L is a new specially designed concept for the cabin and holiday home market in Scandinavia. Key areas of focus are reliability, flexibility and low maintenance.
The increased demand on wastewater disposal for private estate owners of holiday homes in Norway and Sweden has inspired ABS to develop the new ABS lifting station Synconta 700*. The one-package solution; prefabricated sump with matching ABS control panel, is built to provide a convenient and reliable pressurized pumping station for effective disposal of sewage from sites below the backwash level.
Reliable operation in altering conditions
The ABS Synconta 700 and 700L is perfect for altering conditions such as the irregular usage of holiday homes and temperature variations. The insulation kit; a polystyrene jacket and a lockable lid that can be foam filled, insulates well against low temperatures and keeps the noise level at a minimum. The tank design is optimized to minimize sediment build-up during periods of low or no usage.
Plug and play concept with matching ABS control panel
The plug and play concept results in easy installation and the automatic pump and level control is run by a pressure sensor system. The ABS control panels CP112 and CP114 are matched specifically for the application. Equipped with a 1 to 3 phase converter, this unit does a 3 phase supply in main supply of the estate.
Flexible and compact design with big tank volume
The compact design is optimized convenient transport, handling and installation on site. The pump seals automatically onto the discharge line when lowered into the high level circular top coupling. Extending the unit for increased inflow is easily achieved since the tank is designed with three flat areas for drilling holes to fit on additional inlet ports.
All in all the ABS Synconta 700 and 700L offers a reliable package solution with low maintenance requirements and features for easy access when service is required.
ABS lifting station Synconta 700 will replace the current ABS lifting station Synconta 601.

Synthetic pre-fabricated sump for ABS submersible pumps designed as a single or twin pumping station for the automatic pumping of wastewater and sewage from locations below the sewer backwash level. Designed for installation below ground outside of a building.
Simple economic installation with four inlet ports DN 150. Simple pipe connection by means of DIN push-on connections. Self-sealing high level coupling system. Ideal for pumps of the PIRANHA or AS ranges. Fitted with anti-floatation collar for secure retention of the SYNCONTA in position.
The SYNCONTA® 801 S is ideal for applications where wastewater must be removed from buildings and areas below sewer level and where gravity discharge into the sewer is not possible. The sump is installed outside the building on open ground and is an effective, quick and economical solution to
the sewage problems of the contractor and architect. Suitable for vehicular traffic if used with appropriate lid.
